ZIPS Car Wash was proud to participate in the 2026 Southwest Car Wash Association (SCWA) Convention & EXPO, an annual gathering that unites professionals from across the car wash industry to learn, connect, and grow together.
This year’s event focused on “Connecting the Car Wash Family,” bringing together operators, suppliers, and industry leaders for three days of education, collaboration, and innovation. With more than 160 exhibitors and 120,000 square feet of show floor space, the SCWA EXPO offered valuable opportunities to explore emerging trends and engage with peers.
A highlight of the event was ZIPS’ own CEO, Pete Nani, delivering a Friday session on the importance of building strong culture and leadership within an organization. In his remarks, Pete emphasized that while technology and equipment are important, the real differentiator in long-term success comes from the people and culture a company builds.
In addition to the keynote, members of the ZIPS team participated in educational sessions, Quick Talks, and Idea Exchanges, sharing insights and absorbing best practices from other industry professionals. The introduction of SCWA’s NextGen Under 30 initiative also brought an exciting focus to emerging leaders and the future of the industry.
