With more than 25 years of leadership experience across the retail and hospitality industries, Brown brings a proven track record of operational excellence, talent development, and customer-focused growth to the ZIPS leadership team.
Brown joins ZIPS following a distinguished career with leading national brands including Harbor Freight Tools, 24 Hour Fitness, AMF Bowling, and Circuit City. Most recently, he served as Regional Vice President for Harbor Freight Tools, where he oversaw operations across five states and more than 160 stores generating over $800 million in annual revenue.

At Harbor Freight Tools, Brown led one of the company's highest-performing regions, consistently delivering strong financial results while achieving employee engagement scores of 98% for four consecutive years. He has also been instrumental in advancing hundreds of leaders through structured development programs and has earned multiple industry recognitions throughout his career, including District Manager of the Year honors.
Brown studied Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting at East Carolina University and has completed Executive Leadership Training through Franklin Covey.
Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Brown is a dedicated Michigan Wolverines fan and a lifelong automotive enthusiast who appreciates a great-looking car. He and his wife, his high school sweetheart, enjoy traveling and exploring different cultures. Together, they are proud parents of two children and grandparents to two grandchildren.
As Divisional Vice President of Operations, Brown will focus on strengthening operational performance, enhancing the customer experience, and supporting the continued growth and success of ZIPS Car Wash locations across the company's footprint.
