You agree that Zips (and others on its behalf) may send you automated marketing text messages (including, without limitation, communications about deals and promotions) to the mobile number you provided when you submitted your information at https://www.zipscarwash.com and clicked consent (or any number you later provide). You further agree that such messages may be sent using equipment that automatically selects and/or dials numbers. You acknowledge that this consent is not a condition of purchase, that message frequency will vary, and that message and data rates may apply.
OTHER TEXT MESSAGES
You agree that ZIPS (and others on its behalf) may send you automated text messages at the mobile number you provided (and any other number you provide). You further agree that such communications may include, without limitation, communications about appointments, purchases, services, balances, and debts. You further agree that such messages may be sent using equipment that automatically selects and/or dials numbers.
You acknowledge that message and data rates may apply to such communications, and You agree that Your consent to these communications is material term of this Agreement that You cannot unilaterally modify or revoke.
TIME OF DAY
You agree that, regardless of the purpose of the communication (including promotional or other messages), ZIPS (and others on its behalf) may send you text messages at any time of day (including between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. where you are located).
CONTACT INFORMATION
You represent and warrant that the name, address, telephone number(s), and other contact and payment information You provide to ZIPS is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to notify ZIPS immediately if there is any change to any of that information. Failure to do is a breach of this agreement.

By signing up, you are confirming that you are over the age of 13.
