Can I still make purchases online and/or in-app?
We continue to accept payments for services as usual, including credit cards, gift cards, and online and in-app purchases. Our ZIPS UNLIMITED™ Wash Club membership continues as usual, and we encourage you to join to receive exclusive benefits.
I am a ZIPS UNLIMITED™ Wash Club member. Is my membership still valid?
Yes. There is no impact to your ZIPS UNLIMITED™ Wash Club membership in any way as a result of this announcement.
I pre-purchased car washes. Can I still redeem them?
Yes, you can continue to redeem pre-purchased car washes according to our standard policy.
Can I still use my ZIPS gift card?
Yes, we are continuing to accept payments for services as usual, including honoring gift cards.
Is my location still open?
